Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Founder's Office role. This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the Founder of Globik AI on high-impact strategic initiatives. The role focuses on fundraising support, partnership development, and helping build the company’s global presence. It provides hands-on exposure to how AI-driven startup operations, investor processes, and ecosystem growth work from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and refining fundraising materials such as pitch decks, investment memos, and data room documents.
• Research and identify relevant investors, angel networks, VC funds, and strategic partners suited for pre-seed and seed-stage fundraising.
• Manage and update investor outreach trackers, CRM sheets, and follow-up workflows.
• Support due diligence and documentation processes with accuracy and timely coordination.
• Identify relevant government grants, global accelerator programs, and incubator opportunities.
• Prepare applications and submissions for grant or accelerator programs, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Research international events, conferences, and exhibitions related to AI, data, and technology.
• Coordinate with event organizers to explore participation, partnership, or speaking opportunities.
• Assist in building strategic relationships with ecosystem partners across industries and geographies.
• Help streamline internal planning, research, and project coordination directly with the Founder.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong research capabilities and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to create structured presentations and organized documents.
• Interest in fundraising, venture capital, accelerator ecosystems, or startup strategy.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI, and innovation-driven companies.
