Founder's Note

Read what Yashvee Shah, Founder and CEO of Globik AI, shares about her vision of building a global company from India where technology meets human intelligence.

Yashvee Shah, Founder & CEO | Globik AI

When I started Globik AI, the vision was clear: to build a company that operates globally, not just geographically but in thinking, ambition, and impact.

India has always been known for its talent and technical brilliance. But over the years, I’ve realized that our strength goes beyond execution. It lies in how we think, adapt, and innovate.

At Globik, we’re building on that foundation.
We’re not just creating another AI company. We’re building an ecosystem that brings together human intelligence, data, and technology to power the next generation of AI solutions across industries and geographies.

Every day, our focus is on quality, depth, and precision because true global standards are not about scale alone; they’re about excellence in the smallest details.

As a first-time founder, it’s humbling and exciting to see how much potential there is when you combine India’s talent with a global mindset.

We may be headquartered in Mumbai, India; but our mission goes far beyond borders.

As the world rapidly moves toward automation with large language models, automated annotations, and AI-generated datasets becoming mainstream, a crucial question often arises: if AI can now do so much on its own, why do we still need humans in the loop?

The answer is simple. Perfection still requires the human touch.

AI can automate, accelerate, and optimize. But it cannot yet replicate the depth of human understanding. Automated annotations or pre-segmented data may speed up processes, but they often miss the subtle context, emotion, and reasoning that only human intelligence and domain expertise can bring.

Even the most advanced AI systems are built upon datasets that were once labeled, refined, and validated by humans. Every intelligent outcome that an AI system delivers is a reflection of human insight that shaped its foundation.

At Globik AI, we believe the future of AI will not be defined by humans or machines alone. It will be shaped by how the two work together to achieve precision, reliability, and excellence.

Ready datasets can help you get started, but breakthrough models demand something deeper. They demand expertise that evolves with knowledge, context that matures with understanding, and a human perspective that keeps learning. Subject matter experts bring that layer of evolving intelligence, the ability to question, validate, and improve data in ways no automation can replace.

This is exactly the gap we bridge at Globik AI. We bring together advanced technology and deep human expertise to create data that truly drives intelligence.

For me, building a global company from India is not only about global clients or global expansion. It is about bringing global standards, global quality, and global thinking to everything we do, powered by human intelligence and Indian resilience.

At Globik AI, this belief shapes every decision we make, every partnership we form, and every dataset we deliver. Because while AI will continue to define the future, it is humans who will always give it meaning.

Here’s to building global impact, one thoughtful step at a time.
